Your high school senior photography is a once in a lifetime experience and we’d love to make it memorable for you. From posing, to clothing advice, to helping select your best images, we’ll be with you every step of the way.
We thoroughly enjoy senior sessions and this creates a comfortable, laid back environment. Most of our seniors haven’t modeled before but do very well. Often they are surprised at how much fun they had and how easy it was to relax and pose.

Why should I choose Steve Fellers Photography for my portraits?
You won’t find a better senior portrait experience in this area. Our style is unique and you’ll receive the highest quality products and personal attention.

How much is your session fee?
It’s a very reasonable $60! Many people say we don’t charge enough. The session fee covers the photographer’s time photographing the senior and the time it takes to ”post-process” the photos, which includes adjusting and retouching each photograph that will be presented as a proof. And your proofs will be provided in a customized spiral-bound proof portfolio that can be purchased for only $10. We have a variety of packages and options available. If you don’t see a package you like, we’ll create one just for you! Photographs can also be purchased individually.

Where do we take my senior portraits?
We choose a custom location based on your style and preferences. Common options include the campuses of Henderson State and Ouachita Baptist universities, the Henderson House, DeGray Lake, and, for the popular urban look, there are a variety of locations in the downtown area.
Can someone come with me to the session?
Friends or parents are welcome and often can be a help. However, if they distract you, it may be best to meet them when the session is over. You’re welcome to have a couple of photos with a boyfriend/girlfriend, best friend, sibling, or parent at no extra charge.
How will I choose my photos and place an order?
You will receive a custom spiral-bound proof portfolio that you can purchase for only $10. Simply use the proofs to choose the photos you want to order.
Can I get a disc of photos?
Yes! Your package may include a disc that includes all of your proofs in a low-resolution format that’s perfect for uploading to Facebook and sharing with your friends.

Should I just let someone I know with a nice camera take my photos instead of hiring a professional?
It depends. Do you want artistic, professional portraits that you’ll love? Or snapshots that are so-so? Remember, your senior portrait session is a once in a lifetime experience. If you’re still not sure, here is some information to consider.
What about the photos taken at school by a contract photographer?
Your “school pictures” are usually limited to standard indoor photographs that offer few posing choices in a limited time-frame. The primary purpose of these photo sessions is to obtain a standardized picture for the yearbook. Many seniors and parents consider these their “senior” photos. But they don’t know what they’re missing! Senior sessions with Steve Fellers Photography offer many more choices both indoors and outdoors at the locations of your choice. There is no time limit. We want to make sure you are pleased with all your poses before the session ends!
